Ambrose Compliance is a regulatory intelligence platform for the flavor and fragrance industry. It verifies ingredients against Flavor and Extract Manufacturers Association (FEMA) GRAS, 21 CFR, and EU allergen disclosure rules and produces audit-ready documentation in hours instead of weeks.

Will Pemble, President

Will founded Web.com in 1999 and ran it as chief executive for eight years, through the period when it became one of the largest web hosting and domain companies in the world, now NASDAQ: WEB. Before that he co-founded IT Academy, an early technology training business that was acquired in 1999, and more recently he built PageLeap, whose technology was acquired in 2026. He has built data centers, run a global executive coaching practice, and worked at the intersection of regulated industry operations and applied AI. At Ambrose, Will focuses on solving the regulatory bottleneck that flavor and fragrance teams hit on every product launch.
