Ambrose Enterprise
A regulatory and R&D platform that runs on your network
Ambrose Enterprise is a self-contained appliance delivered to your facility. Your formulas, your synthesis pipelines, your regulatory dossiers - all processed on hardware you own, on a network you control.
Built for manufacturers who can’t hand their IP to a SaaS
Flavor houses, fragrance manufacturers, specialty chemical producers, and regulated CPG companies often operate under contractual or strategic constraints that rule out hosted services. Their formulas, synthesis pathways, and regulatory pipelines are core IP.
Ambrose Enterprise meets those constraints. The full platform runs on a dedicated appliance inside your network. There is no inbound dependency on our infrastructure to use it.
Typical fit
Mid-to-large flavor, fragrance, and specialty chemical manufacturers
Internal R&D, large active formula library, customer-confidential work
Teams with TSCA filing backlogs
Hundreds or thousands of substances needing inventory checks, PMN/LVE preparation, or filing review
Organizations with strict data-residency rules
Customer NDAs, government work, or contractual prohibitions on hosted AI
R&D teams pursuing novel molecule discovery
Synthesis programs that need on-prem inference for IP protection
What ships with every appliance
The complete Ambrose Core platform. Browser-accessed by your team over your LAN. No remote desktop, no jump host.
Ingredient Intelligence
Tens of thousands of curated ingredient records with CAS numbers, sensory descriptors, regulatory status, and supplier links. Semantic and structured search across your formulas and the underlying chemistry.
Formulation & Reformulation
AI-assisted formula development, target-driven reformulation, and substitution analysis. Sweetness, cost, allergen, and stability tradeoffs surfaced as ranked options for chemist review.
Regulatory Documents
SDS, ingredient dossiers, nutrition labels, regulatory summaries, and audit-ready export bundles. Citations traceable back to the underlying source.
Regulatory Watch & Gap Analysis
Alerts when a regulatory change affects an ingredient or product in your portfolio. Multi-jurisdiction gap analysis across your active SKUs.
Lab & Stability Tools
GC-MS analysis, sensory profile comparison, stability prediction, and supplier risk tracking. Lab data flows into formula iteration without re-keying.
CAPA & Audit Readiness
CAPA workflow, supplier qualification tracking, and one-click audit packs aligned to FSSC 22000, SQF, and ISO 9001 evidence requirements.
Optional modules
Add the modules that match the work your team actually does. Each one is configured per customer and licensed separately.
Module
TSCA Compliance Automation
Inventory checks against the EPA TSCA list, filing-type determination (PMN, LVE, exemption), automated assembly of submission packages from internal data plus PubChem, CompTox, ECHA, EFSA, and dozens of other curated regulatory and chemistry sources, and pathway dependency tracking for intermediates.
Module
Synthesis & Molecule Discovery
Target an odor or property profile and generate ranked candidate molecules. Hard filters for valence, banned substructures, and molecular weight. Soft scores for safety QSAR, IFRA exposure, synthetic accessibility, and building-block availability against your catalog.
Add-on
HA Mirror
A second appliance in standby, replicating state from the primary. For sites where unplanned downtime on regulatory or formulation work is not acceptable.
Browser access on your LAN. Not remote desktop.
Users open Ambrose in a normal browser tab on your internal network. There is no RDP, no jump host, and no client install. The appliance serves the same web application that runs in Ambrose Cloud.
SSO integration with your existing identity provider. Role-based access control for platform owners, admins, and users. Full audit trail of every formula edit, every regulatory query, every export.
Updates on a schedule you control
Ambrose ships signed update bundles that your IT team applies on a cadence you set. No silent code changes, no surprise model swaps, no metered API calls to outside services.
Optional connectivity to Ambrose for regulatory data refresh, model updates, and support, gated by your network policy. The platform runs fully offline if that is what you require.
Tell us what you’re trying to protect
Every Enterprise engagement starts with a working session: your formulas, your regulatory pipeline, your constraints. We’ll show you what Ambrose does with them and then write a proposal.
